Mobile Mower Service is exactly how it sounds! Our Mobile Technician will service your lawn mower inside our Mobile Mower Service truck right in your driveway. Because we have our Mobile Mower Service truck outfitted with all the tools needed, there is no mess in your yard or driveway, the process is quick, and there is no downtime! Just schedule your Mobile Mower Service with our team and you can use your mower right up until we arrive to perform the service! No more transportation worries or service backlog at the store - we come to you!
Why Mobile Mower Service?
Mobile Mower Service was designed with one thing in mind - convenience for you! If you work long hours, have no way to transport your mower to us, or simply don't have time to get your mower serviced, then this offer is perfect for you. Let us handle the hassle and make sure your mower is running smoothly without your mower ever needing to leave your house. Our Mobile Technician will change your oil, sharpen and balance your blades, grease, change fuel and air filters, level the deck and so much more with our 16-point Mobile Service checklist.
This program is strictly limited to routine preventative maintenance as defined by our Express Service offering.
We do not perform:
• Major mechanical repairs
• Transmission service or repair
• Internal engine repairs
• Electrical system diagnostics
• Structural repairs
• Advanced troubleshooting
• Installation of belts or major components (unless formally added to the program in the future)
If additional issues are discovered during service, recommendations will be provided. Those repairs may require shop
service and separate authorization.

Disclaimer and Terms
Preventative Maintenance Only – No Guarantee of Future Performance
Mobile Express Service is preventative maintenance. While our goal is to improve reliability and extend equipment life, Wellington Implement does not guarantee that equipment will be free from future mechanical failure.
We are not responsible for:
- • Failures of components not serviced or adjusted
- • Mechanical breakdowns unrelated to Express Service procedures
- • Age-related or wear-related failures
- • Latent defects not visible during routine maintenance
- • Issues that arise after service that are unrelated to work performed
Servicing one component does not imply inspection, certification, or warranty of the entire machine.
Pre-Existing Conditions
Customer equipment may have:
- • Existing wear, corrosion, or damage
- • Oil leaks or residue
- • Rusted, seized, or deteriorated components
- • Prior improper repairs or neglect
Normal service procedures may expose or result in failure of weakened components due to age or condition. Wellington Implement is not responsible for failures related to pre-existing conditions or normal wear and tear.
Property Access & Worksite Requirements
Customers must provide:
- Level, stable ground suitable for safe service
- Clear access to equipment
- A work area free of children and pets
- Adequate clearance from low branches, wires, or other hazards
Wellington Implement reserves the right to reschedule or decline service if site conditions are unsafe.
We are not responsible for:
- Damage resulting from unstable or unsafe working environments
- Pre-existing property damage
- Damage to compromised or deteriorated surfaces
Permission to Operate Equipment & Access Property
By scheduling and allowing service to proceed, the customer grants Wellington Implement permission to:
- Park service vehicles on the property
- Operate the mower onsite for testing and verification
The customer affirms they have authority to grant such permission.
Oil Residue & Cosmetic Considerations
Mobile service does not include pressure washing or rinsing.
Minor oil residue or debris may remain after service and could drip during subsequent use. Customers are responsible
for parking equipment in an appropriate location to avoid surface staining.
Wellington Implement is not responsible for cosmetic staining from minimal residual oil or debris.
Payment Terms
Mobile Express Service is prepaid.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Online payment at time of booking
- Debit or credit card
- Cash or check (in-store prior to service)
Payment must be received before service is performed.
Scheduling, Weather & Cancellations
Service may be rescheduled at the discretion of Wellington Implement due to:
- Weather conditions
- Unsafe site conditions
- Operational constraints
Cancellations or rescheduling requests within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation
fee.
Limited Labor Warranty
Mobile Express Service includes a limited labor warranty covering only the specific maintenance procedures performed.
This warranty does not cover:
- Parts
- Normal wear and tear
- Abuse, misuse, or neglect
- Failures unrelated to Express Service procedures
- Pre-existing conditions
Any additional repairs require separate authorization and are not covered under this program.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wellington Implement shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of use
- Property damage beyond direct negligence
- Mechanical failure unrelated to Express Service work performed
- Weather-related impacts or delays
Any liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the Mobile Express Service visit.
Acceptance of Terms
By booking or allowing Mobile Express Service to proceed, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and
Conditions.
