  • Use our online form.  This will generate an email that will be immediately viewed on the smartphones of our parts manager, agricultural & residential service managers, precision farming specialist and sales manager.
  • Call us at 440-647-3725.  If you reach us after hours you will be instructed on how to be connected to our 24-hour support line.
  • Call or text a member of our team.  After all, our business is built on relationships and everyone at Wellington Implement is ready and able to offer you support.


What Action You Can Expect from Us - When you need support we’re just a click or call away.  Here’s how the process works:

  1. You call, email or text us with your support request.
  2. We assess the time requirements of your need and, if you’re broke down in the heat of battle, you’re considered to be a “unit down” customer and you will take priority over less immediate support requests.
  3. Our management team will collaborate to come up with a plan to resolve your issue.  We will communicate this plan to you, take action and continue to communicate with you until the issue is resolved.
