6. Optional adjustable Strip Keepers maintain ideal strip width, minimize soil loss, and provide extra clod sizing and strip tilth.
7. Whether equipped with shank or coulter options, industry-first automated wing downforce pressure holds depth more consistently across the tool bar.
8. Cab-controlled pneumatic down-pressure adjusts the Berm Build’r™ that provides the ideal strip width and height consistency.

Start every strip with a clean slate. Residue managers sweep away surface material ahead of the tillage components, preventing hair pinning and helping create the uniform soil environment needed for consistent emergence. Interlocking shark tooth design makes sure that all residue is cleared out of the strip, promoting great strip warming and excellent seed to soil contact. With on the go cab adjustments, you stay in complete control of strip quality.

Conditioners for Every Soil Type

Choose the conditioning system that best fits your soil and agronomic goals:

• Basket Conditioner – Breaks clods more aggressively and excels in heavier, tighter soils, leaving a smooth, consistent berm surface.
• Optional Spider Conditioner – Ideal for lighter soils, offering gentle breakup and consistent shaping without over conditioning.

Steel depth bands and parallel linkage provide precise depth gauging, even across uneven terrain. Row units maintain a consistent strip quality thanks to an industry-leading 12inches of travel (6 inches up/6 inches down). Up flex in the tool bar wings allow for greater ground following in challenging terrain. Smart wing downforce systems automatically adjust weight distribution based on airbag pressure, ensuring consistent penetration and strip quality across the toolbar – even in the toughest field conditions.

The Nutri-Tiller 1000 series is fully ISOBUS compatible, allowing key implement functions to be viewed and controlled through any ISOBUS certified display—including the Pro 1200. This gives operators a consistent user experience regardless of the tractor platform.
