Great Plains is pleased to bring the Exacta TL GEOSPREAD 3900 by Kverneland to the U.S. market. This weighing spreader includes integrated section control to provide crops with an efficient dose of nutrients with ease and accuracy. Featuring a 110-bushel-capacity hopper and a spread width of 39' 4" to 177' 2", the Exacta TL produces an accurate, even spread, even in rugged terrain. The Exacta TL is complete with precise and continuous weighing systems, automatic correction on slopes and shocks, and a speed-related dosing system that eliminates the need to calibrate.
The CentreFlow Spreading System allows smooth acceleration of the fertilizer and prevents fragmentation to maintain the fertilizer’s characteristics. A horizontal throw helps to minimize wind influence, all while maintaining precise overlap on both hilly and flat terrain. The weighing system continuously monitors and adjusts the desired application rate, regardless of forward speed or fertilizer flow characteristics.
Operator terminals offer intuitive menus with “plug and play” principles and the EasySet dashboard makes setting-changes simple and frustration-free. The spreader is 100% ISOBUS-compatible for ease of operation. Working width and application-rate adjustments for both discs can be made simply and accurately without ever leaving the cab by using the ISOBUS terminal.

CENTREFLOW SPREADING SYSTEM
The CentreFlow Spreading System allows smooth acceleration of the fertilizer, prevents fragmentation of the granules due to the impact of the vanes, and eliminates dust. A horizontal throw minimizes wind influence, while maintaining precise overlap in both hilly and flat conditions. The system handles the granules gently so the fertilizer’s spreading characteristics are not compromised.
EASYSET
The compact EasySet “dashboard” simplifies the setting and adjustment of application rates. Two metering plates—each with three discharge openings —ensure an equal flow of fertilizer from the hopper to the spreading discs.
HIGH-TECH SECTION CONTROL
The GEOSPREAD® system enables farmers to accurately adjust the spreading pattern in increments of 3.25'. Sections are controlled by changing both the position of the fertilizer discharge point on the disc and the flow rate of the fertilizer. With six types of section control, illustrated below, its 24 sections can be switched on and off to target just where the fertilizer is needed, preventing overlaps and ensuring even distribution across the field.
NEW TOPCON XD & XD+ MONITORS
Operator terminals are easy to use and are designed for ergonomic user comfort. The monitor includes intuitive menus with “plug and play” principles and the EasySet “dashboard” makes setting changes simple and frustration-free. The terminal allows the operator to adjust working width and application rate for both discs, individually, without leaving the tractor cab.
STABLE DISC RPM
In addition to the discharge point adjustment, the stable disc RPM helps to maintain the spreading pattern.
WEIGHING SYSTEM
The Exacta TL's four load cells, combined with a unique reference sensor, offer precise and continuous weighing, automatic correction on slopes and shocks, and a speed-related dosing system that eliminates the need to calibrate.
