The Greenworks Commercial Optimus 24” Short Pole Hedge Trimmer is equipped with a 1000 hour commercial grade motor equivalent to a 27cc gas motor, for durability and longevity. Coupled with our patented gearbox design and laser cut 24” dual sided steel blades, this hedge trimmer is built to stand the test of time. It offers variable speed settings, allowing cut speeds at constant 4500 SPM, including a unique anti-jam function to unlock blades when caught on something. The construction of this hedge trimmer has been optimized to deliver a balanced and lightweight design, weighing in at 8.6lbs only (tool only).
When paired with the recommended 2.5ah battery the hedge trimmer will run up to 140 min on a single charge – this is 2.5x times longer than any gas hedge trimmer on one tank of gas. Forget expensive mixed gas and frequent maintenance work as this unit only requires a charged battery, some gearbox lubrication and blade replacement.
