The Drop Pro 250 and Drop Pro 600 provide up to 36″ of spread width in a drop pattern to keep the salt exactly where your vehicle drives. With three mounting systems, these units can fit on most UTVs, compact tractors, or wheel loaders to make quick work of sidewalks, walking paths, and other hard surfaces where truck equipment can’t easily gain access.

FITTED LID WITH RUBBER STRAPS
The material inside is protected by a custom-molded polyethylene lid that is secured by rubber straps.
TOP SCREEN & BAG SPLITTER
The salt is loaded through and sifted by the 1/4" steel rod construction with grid top screen. A hinged bag splitter easily pulls up to open bagged rock salt for easy loading. When not needed, the bag splitter can be folded down and out of the way.
EASY-TO ACTIVATE BAFFLES
A 36" spread width makes applications on sidewalks and walking paths easy. When you factor in a 6" salt leach after application, the SnowEx drop spreaders can treat these surfaces with one or two passes and limit damage to the grass or sensitive surfaces right next to the path. The spread width can be limited to 30" by activating 3" baffles on either side of the trough.
FREE-FLOWING MATERIAL DELIVERY SYSTEM
The material delivery system uses proven paddle geometry and a new interference baffle to agitate the surrounding material with every revolution. This ensures a consistent amount of material flows into the spreader trough and, at the same time, keeps it from bridging.
EASY CLEAN-OUT
The entire trough drops open for easy and fast material clean-out when the job is done. Simply open a latch pin on the right and left sides, and the trough will swing backward to empty the hopper of its material. This allows you to store any leftover de-icing material in a dry, weather-resistant container until you need it for the next job.
CONSTRUCTION BUILT TO LAST
Laser-cut stainless steel and high strength rivets are used to construct the new DPS-250 and DPS-600. Oil filled poly bearings are used to provide a long, maintenance-free service life.
VARIABLE-SPEED CONTROL
Precisely match the weather conditions to the intended material delivery rate with enhanced speed control that includes a single variable-speed control knob to control the material flow rate.
