As a Equipment Delivery Driver, you’ll play a vital role in the customer experience — safely transporting equipment, educating customers at delivery, and supporting dealership operations behind the scenes. What This Role Is All About

This is a customer-facing, safety-focused position with variety built into each day. You’ll balance professional driving responsibilities with equipment handling, customer education, and dealership support — all while representing Wellington Implement’s commitment to “Delivering the ultimate equipment experience.”


Key Responsibilities

Customer Delivery & Experience
• Safely, legally, and efficiently transport equipment to customer locations.
• Serve as a positive, professional representative of Wellington Implement at each delivery.
• Provide customers with basic instruction on safe operation and maintenance of new equipment.
• Communicate customer feedback and identify potential leads for parts, service, or equipment sales.

Driving, Safety & Compliance
• Maintain a valid Class A CDL and required medical certifications.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
• Pass random drug and alcohol testing.
• Conduct daily safety inspections of delivery vehicles and tie-down equipment.
• Safely load, secure, and transport equipment in accordance with DOT guidelines.
• Plan daily routes to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.

Equipment & Dealership Support
• Clean and perform basic maintenance on delivery vehicles.
• Assist with washing, cleaning, and preparing equipment.
• Help enhance the appearance of the dealership by neatly arranging transported equipment.
• Assist with basic equipment diagnostics and identifying failures.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and efficiently.
