municipalities, and property owners across north-central Ohio. Our culture is built on teamwork,

This role is designed for someone who is new to sales but eager to learn the profession from the ground
up. You’ll get real selling experience while also supporting the dealership in ways that build your
confidence, skills, and product knowledge.

 

What This Role Is All About This isn’t a desk-only job. You’ll be moving, organizing, photographing,
showcasing, and yes, selling equipment. You’ll play a major part in how customers experience our
dealership.

Sales Learning & Support
• Assist walk-in customers by learning how to ask questions, listen, and connect them with the right
equipment.
• Support inside and outside sales reps while gradually growing your own sales responsibilities.
• Participate in hands-on demos, both on the lot and inside the showroom.
• Generate price tags and keep all displayed equipment correctly priced and presented.
• Help with customer equipment deliveries as needed.

Showroom & Lot Appearance (Your Domain) You’ll own the “first impression” of our equipment:
• Keep all indoor and outdoor displays clean, organized, and stocked.
• Rotate inventory so displays stay fresh and appealing.
• Ensure the lot and showroom always reflect our standards for professionalism and care.

Used Equipment Listing & Marketing
You’ll take charge of the Yellow Team’s used equipment listings:
• Prepare incoming trades for listing (clean, stage, organize).
• Photograph equipment to highlight its best features.
• Post and update listings on our website, TractorHouse, and Facebook Marketplace.
• Keep all listings current, accurate, and visually appealing.

Additional Responsibilities When sales operations are slower, you may help other departments with
tasks connected to customer experience, sales preparation, or equipment setup. This gives you broader
dealership knowledge and keeps your skills sharp.
