What you won't see is our employees working past business hours, extended weekend hours (with a few exceptions during our busy spring & fall season) or missing family events. This is because we believe your family life must be good for you to thrive at work. Employees are given the freedom to work when they please as long as minimum hour requirements are met for each pay period and there are others available to take care of our customers. Our families also get to know each other at Christmas parties, open houses, and summer events such as rodeos, concerts or pool parties.

Health Insurance
We offer multiple health plan options designed to provide flexibility and choice based on your needs.
- In-network deductibles range from:
- $4,000 to $6,200 (employee only)
- $8,000 to $12,400 (family coverage)
- Company Deductible Support: The company reimburses 50% of your deductible, helping reduce out-of-pocket costs.
- Employee payroll contribution ranges (per pay period):
- Employee Only: $62.09 – $103.72
- Employee + Spouse: $149.64 – $249.95
- Employee + Children: $106.55 – $177.97
- Family: $192.98 – $322.34
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
- FSA available for eligible healthcare expenses
- No company match
- No HSA plan offered
- $3,400 annual limit
Dental & Vision Insurance
Dental Insurance (Delta Dental): Comprehensive coverage options available for preventive and restorative care, with employee contributions based on coverage level.
Employee payroll contributions (per pay period):
- Employee Only: $3.70
- Employee + Spouse: $8.28
- Employee + Children: $8.73
- Family: $12.83
Vision Insurance (IMED): Coverage includes routine eye exams, lenses, and frames at a low per-pay cost depending on family configuration.

Life & Disability Insurance
Company-provided life insurance coverage is included, helping protect your family with financial security in the event of the unexpected.

Retirement Plan (401k)
- Eligible after 6 months of service

Paid Time Off (PTO)
Our PTO program rewards longevity and provides increasing time off as you grow with the company:
- First 90 days: 2 days + 2 hours per quarter completed
- Year 1: 5 days
- Year 2: 7 days
- Years 3–4: 12 days
- Years 5–6: 17 days
- Year 7: 18 days
- Year 8: 19 days
- Year 9: 20 days
- Year 10: 21 days
- Year 11+: 22 days
